If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
- Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags.
- No returns on final sale, custom, or limited stock items from partner brands.
- Customer pays return shipping unless defective (we'll cover).

Exchanges
- Exchanges for size/color within 5 days, same conditions as returns.
- Shipping fees apply for exchanges.

Refunds
- Processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Partial refunds for us

Process 
1. Login → Order history → Request Return (select item/reason).
2. We review and approve/deny in 24–48 hrs.
3. Get return instructions/label.
